Having fun with clones. I need some help at the Museum, so I cloned myself. I can make several, but I don't if they are more trouble than they are worth? Very fun though. I know they can dance too. Coming soon...

Ruby at her desk in her construction outpost. So long as she gets her nap, she can withstand "grumpy" urges to stop in any location. While she works Ruby never wears hair or shoes. Both are a power line snag hazard.
Work continues on the portal stations (Nexus). Now that I am satisfied with the station, the work is less tedious. There are space stations for every age, and in addition to the age to age links (teleports) there are cryogenic beds and tubes to be retrofitted. It is bringing forth much fodder; however, and fodder is worth a bunch.

After several days of not being happy with how the Nexus worked or looked, I finally decided to "discover" a spaceship worthy of traveling through time. The elevator stops at three levels. The lower level serves as a captain's quarters, the second stops is a viewing room and the third stop is the nexus landing area. The entire spaceship is over a 160 meters tall.

I couldn't get used to the idea of a square nexus. A time travel nexus is round and hurling through space, no matter where over Poohkeepsietomeway it is. The windows you see here will look out over the galaxy. From ancient tablets explorers can travel from one age to the other or from one point to the other, if the age is large (9 sims). I love the quiet up here. I plan to add some low impact furnishings (above all avoid lag when traveling in space).

After a few minutes of tinkering the HUB started to come together. I kept it simple, and it works fine. I will likely add some seating to this room and a film screen. The point is not to load it down, so that the linking time is kept to a minimum. I like the whole idea of using the portal booths throughout my storybuilds. I hope the linking to and from the different ages works as well.
The shop is coming along. Since the guild ladies are still gone missing, I was forced to dig out some previously worn garments. For 200 or less KCs, customers will be able to purchase these "aged" time traveling outfits. My plan is to get some men's clothes loaded into the sale bags soon. So much work to do always. I sort of miss the blank page staring up @ me. Such is never the case for storybuilders.:)

After a near breach and likewise close call, Ruby decided to put up some no trespassing signs. Up in the sky at 2500 the "factory" is off limits to museum visitors. No one should ever see "the smoke and mirrors." said Clara Moozlee. The unauthorized and uninvited will be disappointed when there is no mystery.

The Midtown Outfitters Garments and Gear will be opened in late March. Explorers and time travelers will find rugged appropriate clothes and utility belts for their explorations. The shop specializes in vintage, slightly used and new clothes with a history/past.
