Ruby Busy Building an OSCC Booth

Building in Sim on a Stick Offline
Over the last few weeks Ruby dedicated much of her time building a booth for the OSCC  with the storybuilding process in mind.    Since the Lakewater Project, much of her involvement with Devokan Trust builds and her edummersiveworlds. org connection concerns time travel, she thought it might be interesting to build an outback tent filled with storybuilding artifacts and books that she would take with her on an expedition to a place like the OSCC region.

Several years ago Ruby refurbished an previously owned container car, but the container is not large enough to display or for that matter visually explain much of anything.   The container was more about origin comfort and always will be.    There is a large painting of the Kerath Arch hanging from an interior wall, and there are other remnants of an earlier life lying around too.

Steampunk Time Travel Expedition, Open Access to Visitors
The booth to require no more than 2080sqm and 475prims (equivalent) needed to be built from scratch;  mostly in mesh with a tolerance for medium draw views.    The photo here is a sneak peek work in progress photo of the storybuild.   The foundation, furniture, banners,  and even the direct hypergrid teleportals to Midtown Arts Museum exhibits and Devokan Trustee storybuilds in Kitely are newly rendered.  After the conference, Ruby plans to use the elements in other builds and develop a more complex backstory that includes any conference drama, conflict or joy expressed by the avatars/characters who visit the booth.
